Ngalangiil Ngarandii Trade Training Centre has a number of partnerships with businesses in the local area.

 

Students get to try out a profession to make sure it's a good fit. They learn how to conduct themselves in the business and industry world and they make connections that may lead to future employment. Industry and business employers support students with a practical focus to outfit students with the skills they need for employment and training.

Employer Incentives

• Meet motivated students with access to state-of-the-art facilities

• Have the opportunity to interview and trial students

• Provide ongoing mentoring and support from the Trade Training Centre

• Financial incentives that range between $2,750 - $5,500 over the two years

• The ability to retain the apprentice/ trainee on a full time basis at the conclusion of Year 12.
